PYB Strong keeps this simple. The only personal information this site collects is what you send through the contact or newsletter forms, plus the small amount of technical detail listed below that your browser sends along with them. It is used to reply to you and schedule sessions, it is never sold, and the site sets no tracking cookies.

What This Site Collects

Both forms submit only when you send them. Here is everything that goes with a submission:

• Contact form: your first and last name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to supply it (the field is optional), the interest or service you select from the list, and your message.
• Newsletter form: your email address.
• Sent automatically with either form: the page you submitted from, and your browser's user-agent string, meaning the identifying text your browser sends about itself, such as its name, version, and operating system. These help us tell where an inquiry came from and recognize automated submissions.
• A hidden timing value and a hidden decoy field, both used only to filter out automated spam.

There are no accounts to create and no payments taken on this site.

Where Your Information Goes

Both forms post to a Google Apps Script web app, which appends the submission to a private Google Sheet in our Google account. Christina receives an email notification, and you receive an automatic confirmation email. Google processes this data as our service provider. Nothing collected here is sold, rented, or shared for marketing.

Cookies & Analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

Third-Party Services

• Netlify hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and pages requested.
• Google Fonts supplies the site's typefaces, so your browser requests font files from Google's servers when a page loads.

Nothing else on this site loads from third parties.

How Your Information Is Used

To respond to your message, schedule and manage sessions, and (if you subscribed) send occasional class updates. Your information is never sold or shared for marketing.

Keeping & Deleting Your Information

Submissions are kept while they're relevant to working together. Email coachchristinapybstrong@gmail.com to ask what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. To stop newsletter updates, reply to any update or send a note to the same address.

Children

This site is intended for adults. Youth and family programs are always arranged by a parent or guardian.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the update is posted on this page with a new date.
