Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are recommended for Pilates and Barre classes. Yoga can be practiced barefoot.
Not at all! All classes welcome beginners. Christina provides modifications for every exercise so you can work at your own level while being challenged to grow.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session. We understand life happens - just reach out and we'll work with you.
Yes! We offer single sessions, multi-class packs, and monthly memberships. Packages offer savings over single sessions. Contact Christina for current pricing and package options.
Our youth programs are designed for children aged 3 and above. We also offer family sessions where parents and children can participate together. Each program is age-appropriate and play-based.
